A Regional Sales Manager at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is a leadership role responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific region, developing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, and managing a team of sales representatives. Key responsibilities include coaching and mentoring the sales team, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Execution:


- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.


Team Leadership:


- Coach, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.


Performance Monitoring:

- Track sales data, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.


Customer Relationship Management:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.


Territory Management:


- Oversee sales activities within the assigned region, ensuring effective coverage and penetration.


Qualifications and Skills:


Experience: 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.


- Strong Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, coaching, and team management skills.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.

Relationship Building Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.


- Knowledge of Neuroscience (Optional): Experience in the Neuroscience field may be required for specific roles.
