Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and analytical Associate Strategy & Management Systems to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, India.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and management systems to drive organizational efficiency and growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business needs and opportunities.

- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.

- Assist in the design and implementation of management systems to improve operational efficiency.

- Conduct data analysis and create insightful reports to support decision-making processes.

- Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives.

- Monitor industry trends and best practices to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Support the evaluation and selection of management tools and technologies.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on strategy and management system initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 2-4 years of experience in strategy or management consulting.

- Strong knowledge of strategic planning, analysis techniques, and management systems implementation.

- Excellent data analysis, visualization, and project management skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong understanding of business strategy, operations, and industry trends.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
