- Internal Audit experience 10+ years post

- CA experience and strong core internal audit exposure in finance + process audits. Should be able to take end- to- end ownership of audit planning, execution, reporting, and follow up.

- Focus on risk identification, compliance validation, internal controls, and process improvement.

- Hands on execution of process, corporate, and market audits, with strong documentation and stakeholder engagement.

- End- to- end audit ownership: planning, fieldwork, reporting, follow- ups, and controls improvement.

- Should be capable of managing a team of 3-4 auditors.

- Mandatory ERP exposure (SAP or equivalent).
