
Job Title: Manager Sales
Location Preference: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane & Palghar
Work Model: 70% Work from Home, 30% Client Visits
Team Meetings: Once a month (in-person)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Manager Sales to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving B2B software sales, leading the sales team, engaging with clients, and closing deals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and client success.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Manage and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Generate new business by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients
- Conduct needs assessment and consult clients on suitable Dquip software solutions
- Deliver compelling product demos and virtual presentations
- Prepare and present customized quotations and proposals
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close deals efficiently
- Maintain strong post-sale client relationships to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Analyze sales data and generate weekly/monthly reports for performance tracking
- Collaborate with product, support, and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding
- Stay updated on market trends, CRM/website technologies, and competitor offerings
Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5 years in B2B software/SaaS sales, client-facing roles, or solution consulting
Education: Graduate in any discipline; BSc IT / MBA / BMS / BMM preferred
Age: Up to 28 years preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with high levels of motivation and attention to detail
- Comfortable with CRM tools, digital collaboration platforms, and remote work technologies
- Tech-savvy with a keen interest in software, automation, and customer solutions
