About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher) to join us as a Finance Management Trainee. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to Controllership, Accounting, Compliance, and Business Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Support the controllership function statutory compliance, internal controls, reconciliations, and audit readiness.
- Assist in financial reporting, MIS, and regulatory filings.
- Work closely with auditors on statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and ensure process compliance.
- Gain exposure to accounting, taxation, and corporate finance activities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Qualified Chartered Accountant (recently cleared CA Final).
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Personal Traits: Independent, solution-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
