Role Summary:
We are looking for a sharp, self-driven finance professional to own the execution layer of fundraising, investor relations, and corporate governance. You will work in a fast-paced environment, translating company performance into investor-ready narratives, running live diligence processes, and keeping board and compliance machinery running clean. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants exposure to the full arc of a growth-stage company's capital journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fundraising:
- Build and maintain financial models, cap tables, and scenario analyses to support equity and debt/convertible fundraising.
- Prepare pitch decks, information memoranda, and data rooms; manage due diligence workflows end-to-end.
- Track deal timelines, coordinate across investors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders, and keep the process organized under pressure.
- Research and profile prospective investors; support outreach and relationship-building.
2. Investor Relations:
- Produce board decks, MIS packs, and quarterly investor updates that tie operating metrics to financial narrative.
- Manage the existing investor communication cadence - reporting, queries, ad hoc analyses.
- Translate business KPIs (ARPU, unit economics, cohort performance) into clear, investor-facing communications.
3. Secretarial & Governance:
- Coordinate board and committee meetings - scheduling, agenda, pre-reads, minutes, and action tracking.
- Manage the secretarial and compliance calendar in partnership with the external vendor and legal counsel (ROC filings, statutory registers, ESOP administration, cap table hygiene).
- Own document management for governance and investor records.
Requirements:
- MBA (Finance) from a Tier 1/2 institute.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, or equivalent (corporate development, transaction advisory).
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; polished at building decks and investor materials.
- Structured, detail-obsessed, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams to deadline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication - able to distill complexity for a sophisticated audience.
- Exposure to health tech, SaaS, or medical devices (good to have).
- Familiarity with Indian corporate governance and secretarial processes (Companies Act, ROC, ESOP).
- Understanding of US healthcare / RPM markets (good to have).
