Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute downstream marketing strategies for launched products.
- Define competitive positioning, core messaging, and differentiated value propositions.
- Lead the development of pricing strategies, market segmentation, and customer targeting plans.
- Design and deliver training programs for internal sales teams, field application specialists, and customers.
- Create high-impact marketing collateralincluding presentations, brochures, case studies, product guides, and digital content.
- Equip the commercial team with battle cards, objection-handling tools, and sales enablement kits.
- Capture and analyze voice-of-customer insights through direct engagement with clients, KOLs, and partners.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Product Development, and Clinical Affairs to align strategy and execution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in downstream product management, marketing, or commercial strategy in life sciences, molecular diagnostics, or spatial omics.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling high-growth scientific products.
- Strong understanding of oncology workflows, lab processes, and the needs of researchers, pathologists, and clinicians.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to turn complex science into compelling commercial messaging.
- Experience in pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, sales training, and product adoption.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus (e.g., CRM, CMS, email automation).
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotech, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
