- Strong technical and leadership capabilities
Preferred SuccessFactors Modules:
- Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Succession & Development
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of overall experience
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors project delivery experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale global SuccessFactors rollouts
- Strong technical understanding rather than a purely functional PM profile
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams and stakeholders
