
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales and delivery teams to identify and understand client requirements and translate them into Salesforce-based solutions.
- Lead pre-sales discovery sessions, gather business and technical requirements, and align client needs with Salesforce product capabilities.
- Develop solution blueprints, high-level designs, and technical architectures for Salesforce implementations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and client workshops showcasing Salesforce capabilities.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and delivery leads to define delivery approaches, resource plans, and implementation timelines.
- Contribute to proposal writing, Statements of Work (SOWs), and other pre-sales documentation.
- Support the sales process through technical validation, solution scoping, and proposal defense.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce releases, AppExchange solutions, and integration concepts.
- Leverage Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Reports, Dashboards) to design proof-of-concepts (POCs) or demos.
- Work within Agile delivery frameworks, maintaining visibility using tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Stay updated with Salesforce ecosystem trends, certifications, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, including at least 4 years in a pre-sales, client-facing, or solutioning role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce core products - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, practical, and scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Reports, Dashboards).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and automation tools.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with solution architects and development teams to shape proposals and delivery strategies.
- Strong exposure to proposal writing, SOW preparation, and sales support processes.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and basic working knowledge of Jira or similar project tracking tools.
- Understanding of integration concepts and AppExchange solutions is a plus.
