Position : Lead Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant Manufacturing

Location : Hyderabad - Hybrid

Shift Timing : 2.00PM to 11.00PM IST

Engagement Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects with a strong focus on Manufacturing.

- Gather business requirements and design scalable Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.

- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and related SCM modules.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Drive solution design workshops, CRPs, UAT, and production deployments.

- Provide functional leadership, mentor junior consultants, and ensure successful project delivery.

- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements aligned with Oracle best practices.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Manufacturing.

- Extensive functional knowledge of:

1. Oracle Fusion Inventory (INV)

2. Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM)

3. Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process

- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and Manufacturing business processes.

- Experience in at least 2-3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.

- Ability to interact confidently with business users and senior stakeholders.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Planning, Procurement, Cost Management, or Warehouse Management modules.

- Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud certifications.

- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
