Job Summary:
The Professional - Content will be responsible for identifying, managing, and optimizing influencer collaborations to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
This role involves end-to-end management of influencer campaigns from selection and outreach to performance tracking and post-campaign analysis ensuring all activities align with brand objectives and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers aligned with brand objectives and campaign briefs.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and deliverable coordination, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
- Oversee campaign logistics, including timely dispatch of products, delivery of briefs, and content approvals.
- Review influencer content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and quality standards.
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain organized influencer databases and track budgets, spends, and campaign details.
- Stay updated on Instagram trends, platform updates, and emerging creators across relevant categories.
- Share insights and recommendations on high-performing content, influencer opportunities, and campaign optimization strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and emerging short-form content trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in influencer marketing tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and campaign tracking systems
