
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end SAP service delivery operations, ensure SLA compliance, and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and SAP support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SAP application support and overall service delivery operations.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Coordinate effectively with functional, technical, and AMS teams to ensure seamless support delivery.
- Handle stakeholder communication, escalations, governance meetings, and periodic reporting.
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Monitor service performance and proactively identify risk mitigation measures.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Service Delivery / AMS environments.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Exposure to SAP functional and technical landscape.
- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
