About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Manager to oversee end-to-end plant operations, ensuring seamless production, safety compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources.
- Drive productivity enhancement, cost optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key KPIs such as output, quality, safety metrics, and downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant teams while coordinating effectively with cross-functional departments.
- Implement Lean, TPM, 5S, and other continuous improvement practices.
- Work on at least 2 SAP implementation projects and support multiple domestic and international clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related discipline.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in plant operations and SAP environments.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, TPM, and process optimization frameworks.
