Must-Have Background:

- IT services background, global client handling across industries & geographies.

- Strong in solutioning and pre-sales across web, mobile, CRM, ERP, and AI-based solutions.

- Excellent communication & consultative mindset.

- Hands-on with crafting proposals, solution documents, and running discovery workshops.

- Must be from small to mid-sized IT services companies, NOT large MNC environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive solutioning across digital services, working closely with sales & delivery teams.

- Engage with clients to identify pain points and co-create technology solutions.

- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and solution roadmaps.

- Leverage AI/automation tools in solution design.

- Drive account mining & deeper client engagement beyond transactional delivery.
