About the Role:
We are hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing & SEO Manager to own growth for our D2C brand across Meta Ads + Google Ads, while simultaneously building a strong SEO-led organic growth engine. This role requires someone who is performance-driven, analytical, and execution-oriented-capable of running campaigns, improving conversion rates, and driving scalable revenue profitably. You will take ownership of the complete funnel: traffic - conversion - repeat - profitability, with clear KPIs and weekly performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities:1) Performance Marketing Ownership (Meta + Google):- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Build and manage campaign structure across:
- Prospecting / Acquisition (interest, broad, lookalike)
- Retargeting (view content, ATC, initiate checkout)
- Catalog / DPA (Advantage+ Shopping / catalog sales)
Optimize for:
- ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, AOV, MER
Handle:- Budget planning and scaling rules (horizontal/vertical scaling)
- Creative testing framework (hooks, formats, audiences, angles)
- Offer testing (bundles, coupons, thresholds, COD messaging)
- Placement strategy and performance breakdown (Reels/Feed/Stories)
- Google Ads (Search / Shopping / PMax)
Own and optimize:- Search campaigns (brand + non-brand)
- Shopping / Performance Max
- YouTube/Discovery (if relevant)
Manage:- Keyword strategy (high intent, competitor, category)
- Bidding strategy, negative keywords, search term mining
- Merchant Center hygiene and product feed optimization
- Landing page alignment for higher Quality Score & CVR
2) Tracking, Attribution & Analytics (Non-Negotiable)Ensure correct setup and ongoing maintenance for:
- GA4 events, conversion tracking, UTM structure
- Google Tag Manager (events, triggers, debugging)
- Meta Pixel + CAPI (basic understanding required)
Diagnose tracking issues:
- Conversion mismatches, attribution drop, pixel learning impact
Build and maintain dashboards:
- Weekly + monthly reporting in GA4 / Looker Studio / Google Sheets
Create actionable insights on:- Channel performance, cohort behavior, funnel drop-offs, customer quality
3) SEO Ownership (Organic Growth Engine)Technical SEO
Improve website SEO health:- Indexing, crawl issues, sitemap/robots, canonical, schema
- Core Web Vitals improvement (page speed, LCP/CLS)
- Resolve duplicate content and thin pages common in e-commerce
- Work with developer/agency to implement fixes quickly
- On-Page + Content SEO
Own keyword research strategy for:- Collection pages, product pages, blog content, informational pages
- Create SEO content plan:
- Content calendar, briefs, internal linking plan
Improve:- Meta titles/descriptions, headers, content structure, FAQs
Track:- Rankings, impressions, clicks, conversions from organic
4) Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) - Revenue from Same TrafficOptimize key pages:- Home, collection pages, product pages, cart, checkout
Improve CVR using:- Better product messaging, trust elements, sizing guidance, reviews, FAQs
- UX improvements and landing page testing
- Run A/B tests (structured experimentation):
- Page layout, CTA, offer placement, product image order, bundles
5) Retention Growth Support Support repeat purchase growth by collaborating with CRM team (if any) on:
- Email/WhatsApp flows (welcome, abandon cart, post-purchase, winback)
- Provide audience insights for remarketing and retention campaigns
Required Skills & Experience:- 5-7+ years experience in D2C / E-commerce performance marketing
Strong hands-on expertise in:- Meta Ads Manager (campaign structure + scaling)
- Google Ads (Search + Shopping + Performance Max)
- GA4 + Google Tag Manager (event tracking, debugging)
- SEO (technical + on-page + content strategy)
Strong analytical ability:- Can read numbers and take decisions fast
Strong communication and execution:- Works independently and delivers weekly outcomes
