Domain expert for SME Marine - Gen Ins Co, Lower parel ,Mumbai 28LPA

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Responsible for driving SME Marine business

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Driving the complete P&L for SME Marine business

- Drive increase in market share across all channels including agency, broking and bancassurance

- Portfolio management including mix, pricing and rate monitoring

- Create and implement enablers for business, to build a competitive edge

- Design and implement systems and processes

- Design, implement and monitor adherence of underwriting guidelines

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

- PREFERABLY MBA WITH 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE; OTHERS WITH RELEVANT EXPERIENCE ARE ALSO FINE

- Preferred exposure to marine claims management

PREFERRED SKILLS :

- Background in Marine underwriting

- Responsive and adept at providing solutions to producer requirements

- Experience in driving agency and broking channels business

- Good understanding of P&L and its levers

- Good at using analytics to derive insights for business
