Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned domain expert with deep experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or pharma. This role sits at the intersection of business, domain, and AI-driven solutioning. You will engage with senior stakeholders (VP/Director level), lead discovery discussions, and translate complex business problems into structured opportunities where data and AI can drive measurable impact. This is not a delivery or project management role it is a client-facing, pre-sales, and solutioning role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead discovery workshops with senior stakeholders across manufacturing and life sciences organizations

- Translate supply chain, regulatory, and operational challenges into structured problem statements

- Identify opportunities where AI, ML, and data platforms can create business value

- Support pre-sales engagements including proposal shaping and solution scoping

- Act as a domain advisor for delivery teams during project execution

- Contribute to building reusable frameworks, industry POVs, and AI use cases

Core Requirements:

- 12-18 years of experience in manufacturing, pharma, or life sciences domains

- Strong expertise in supply chain operations (demand planning, inventory, batch management, serialization, track & trace)

- Experience with SAP / ERP systems (S4 HANA, SCM, IBP, etc.)

- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (GMP, FDA, EU MDR, ICH)

- Prior experience in client-facing consulting, pre-sales, or solutioning roles

- Ability to connect business problems with data/AI-driven solutions

Good to Have:

- Background in medical devices, specialty chemicals, or food manufacturing

- Exposure to AI/analytics/data transformation initiatives

- Experience with MES, LIMS, or regulatory systems

- Consulting or digital transformation experience

- Pure project managers or delivery leads

- SAP functional consultants with only implementation experience

- Developers or engineers without domain expertise

- Generalist consultants without deep manufacturing/life sciences experience
