Skillset: Domain Consultant - Pulp Packaging / Paper Industry / Food Manufacturing.

Job Location: Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata.

Job Description:

- At least 12+ years of Working Industry Experience or Consulting in Paper or Pulp Manufacturing or Packaging Industries or Food Manufacturing only.

- Must have a Deep working knowledge across 01-02 Business functions like Research & Development, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Production Quality, Sales or Service or Sustainability.

- Worked on various Process Improvement Programs across the above functions.

- Able to Analyze Industry data at basic |advanced level to provide meaningful insights for decision making including drive related analysis including company benchmarking.

- Must have exposure to at least one ERP Technology platform as applied to Industry.

- Have exposure to Digital Technologies like AI, Analytics, Cloud, Automation, Digital, etc.

- Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

- Ability to Independently structure and manage intensive workloads.

- Able to collaborate with Technology & Sales Team, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome

desired by the team.

- High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with increasingly diverse clients and teams.

- Confidence and maturity to collaborate with senior client executives.

Qualifications:

- UG: B.Sc. & MSc or BTech / MTech in Science Technology Engineering Mathematics.

- PG: Mandatory MBA Marketing, Operations, Finance etc.
