Job Title : MBBS Doctor - IVF Center

Job Description:

- We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate MBBS Doctor to join our IVF Center in Bareilly.

- The role involves providing clinical support to infertility patients, ensuring smooth OPD operations, and maintaining high standards of patient care across all centers.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Counselling:

- Provide medical counselling to IVF and infertility patients during OPD.

- Explain treatment plans, procedures, tests, and follow-up requirements.

- Address patient queries with empathy and clarity.

Clinical Duties:

- Conduct general health checkups, screening, and basic evaluations for IVF patients.

- Monitor patient vitals and ensure preparedness for treatment cycles.

- Coordinate with the fertility specialist and nursing team for ongoing case management.

- Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records.

Center Visits:

- Visit our three satellite centers once a week for patient review and routine assessments.

- Provide feedback and ensure standardized protocols are followed across all centers.

- Coordinate with staff to resolve medical or operational issues.

Compliance & Quality:

- Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, safety protocols, and patient confidentiality.

- Support documentation, audits, and reporting requirements as needed.

Requirements:

- MBBS degree from a recognized institution

- Valid medical registration (UP Medical Council preferred)

- Strong communication and patient-handling skills

- Experience in gynecology/IVF setups is an added advantage (not mandatory)

- Willingness to travel once a week to nearby centers
