Docsumo is Document AI software that helps enterprises automate document processing.

We help enterprises convert documents such as invoices, ID cards & bank statements into actionable data.

We're looking for a Social Media Star who can engage our audience with compelling content and bring Docsumo in the limelight.

What youll do:

- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

- Write compelling content to draw audiences attention and gradually increase the followers across different platforms

- Create Social media calendars and schedules

- Create noise on social media with regular updates about the organization: events, celebrations, announcements etc

- Take care of content that goes in for Talent branding efforts

- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companys social content

- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, HR etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Requirements:

- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist

- All-time social person

- You're great at making stories

- Show presence on channels like Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Quora etc

- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO

- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

- Fluency in English

- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
