About the Role
We're looking for a detail-driven Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring operations - from understanding business needs to ensuring seamless onboarding. The role demands strong stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and a commitment to accuracy, speed, and candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle across functions - from sourcing to onboarding.
- Personally own and close 4-5 key or leadership roles every month within defined SLAs.
- Review and ensure the quality of all sourced profiles before sharing with hiring managers.
- Maintain an 80% shortlist rate through sharper screening and feedback-based improvements.
- Ensure error-free offers, joining documentation, and timely onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, plan strategies, and resolve challenges.
- Communicate clearly - no missed updates, wrong commitments, or process lapses.
- Lead your team with structure and clarity through daily stand-ups and weekly reviews.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in reports, dashboards, and vendor invoices.
- Conduct root cause analysis for any delays or missed closures and drive corrective actions.
What You Bring
- 7-10 years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Hands-on experience in tech and non-tech hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset and familiarity with ATS and recruitment dashboards
- A sense of ownership, empathy, and pride in getting the right people onboard
