
Position Summary:
Looking for a dynamic, go getter with an intense desire to make a difference to the rural and underserved communities by enabling quality healthcare for everyone everywhere. The incumbent should have a proven track record and success in business development from big and mid-size corporations and corporate foundations.
Essential Job Functions:
- Research and identify corporations with substantial budgets for providing healthcare facilities to underserved communities and develop business development partnerships with them.
- Ability to develop compelling pitches and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective corporate partners with minimum supervision.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the corporations onboarded and send them timely reports and updates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful business acquisition and retention as per agreed KPIs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: MBA/ College Graduates with good written and spoken communication skills in English and local language are also encouraged to apply.
Experience:
- 05 years+ of experience in Business-to-Business sales/corporate business development in Bangalore and surrounding areas.
- Proven track record of business development from corporations in the field of healthcare will be a distinct advantage.
Skills & Knowledge:
Primary skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to independently draft proposals
- Proven track record of sourcing large deals in healthcare.
- Data analytics, proposal development building, presentation skills and overall MS Office proficiency.
- The ability to travel extensively within the city and outstation as and when required.
Secondary skills: Multilingual
