About The Job
Position Title: Senior Product Manager

Purpose of the Job
We are seeking a strategic and technically-adept Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our core data platforms, including Customer Data Platform (CDP). You will be at the heart of our AdTech ecosystem, responsible for the full lifecycle of audience data; from ingestion to segmentation and activation.
This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of how data powers modern healthcare advertising and a passion for building products that deliver measurable value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Development & Strategy:
- Own and evangelize the product vision and roadmap for our DMP/CDP, aligning with company objectives and the evolving needs of the AdTech market.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure our data offerings remain best-in-class.
- Define and prioritize features based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility, with a clear focus on driving advertiser outcomes and data monetization.
2. Data Platform Expertise & Execution:
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Author clear and concise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria for our engineering and data science teams.
- Master the technical and functional aspects of our data systems, including data ingestion methods (pixels, SDKs, APIs), identity resolution (first-party/third-party identifiers, identity graphs), and data syndication to activation channels (DSPs, social platforms).
- Champion data governance and privacy; ensure our platforms are compliant with global regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and upcoming privacy-centric changes in the industry.
3. User Experience & Enablement:
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to build powerful and intuitive interfaces for marketers and data analysts, enabling them to easily manage, segment, and analyze audience data.
- Focus on the "user journey" for our internal and external platform users, simplifying complex workflows and ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.
- Work with technical writers and product marketing to create clear documentation, training materials, and go-to-market resources.
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the data platform. Key metrics include data accuracy, identity match rates, segment addressability, platform uptime, and customer adoption.
- Utilize data to make informed product decisions, continuously iterating and optimizing the platform to improve performance and deliver greater value.
Qualifications Requirement: Experience, Skills & Education
1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years of direct experience working with data-centric products like a Customer Data Platform (CDP), Data Management Platform (DMP), or similar large-scale data systems within the AdTech/MarTech space.
3. AdTech Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the AdTech data ecosystem, including the roles of various platforms (DSPs, SSPs, Ad Servers) and the flow of data between them.
4. Technical Fluency: Strong ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and work collaboratively with engineers on system architecture, data schemas, and APIs.
5. PRD Expertise: Proven ability to write detailed, high-quality PRDs and user stories that guide development and align cross-functional teams.
6. Skills:
- Deep understanding of data identifiers (cookies, mobile ad IDs like IDFA/GAID), consent management, and the impact of privacy regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate a complex vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
7. Nice-to-Haves:
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and query languages (e.g., SQL).
- Familiarity with data clean rooms and other privacy-enhancing technologies.
- Experience with machine learning concepts for audience modeling and lookalike targeting.
