About The Job

Position Title: Product Manager / Senior Product Manager

Department: Product & Engineering

Job Scope: India

Location: Noida

Reporting to: Director Product (Supply)

Work Setting: On-site

Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager / Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience in product management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding and optimizing user journeys and workflows, along with expertise in UI/UX. They should be skilled in writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and have an added advantage if they possess knowledge of the AdTech industry, APIs, and digital signatures.

Key Responsibilities

A. Product Development & Strategy:

(a) Define and drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.

(b) Lead the development, launch, and iteration of new product features, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.

(c) Write clear and comprehensive PRDs that detail product features and functionality, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

B. User Journey & UI/UX:

(a) Develop and refine user journeys and workflows to create seamless and intuitive product experiences.

(b) Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the product meets high standards of usability and visual appeal.

C. Technical Expertise:

(a) Leverage understanding of the AdTech industry to drive product innovation.

(b) Work with APIs and digital signature technologies to enhance product capabilities.

(c) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the product remains competitive and relevant.

D. Stakeholder Management:

(a) Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

(b) Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.

E. Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

(a) Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.

(b) Continuously iterate on the product based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications Requirement: Experience, Skills & Education

1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on user journeys, workflows, and UI/UX.

3. Skills:

a. Strong ability to write and manage PRDs.

b. Experience in the AdTech industry is a plus.

c. Familiarity with APIs and digital signature technologies is an added advantage.

d. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

e. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

f. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
