About The Job:

Department: Operations

Job Scope: India

Location: Sector 129, Noida Reporting to: SVP Operations Work Setting: Work from Office Key

Responsibilities:

- Should have strong experience in any one of the processes.

- Ensuring compliance: Maintaining compliance

- The establishment and implementation of the HIPPA, SOC 2, ISO, VAPT, GDPR program. This includes policies, practices, procedures, and standards. Include Physical, Technical, and administrative safeguards.

- Leading audits: Leading internal and external audits

- Developing policies: Developing and maintaining policies, standards, and processes includes Physical, Technical, and administrative safeguards.

- Training: Developing and delivering security training and awareness programs

- Risk assessment: Performing risk assessments and remediation planning

- Implement Risk Management Program. Perform periodic risk analysis and audits, including Business Associates.

- Identify and manage ePHI confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

- Managing programs: Establish and implement HIPPA, SOC 2, ISO, VAPT, GDPR programs such as data loss prevention (DLP) and security awareness

- Establish and manage Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Response Programs.

- Collaborating: Collaborating with internal and external teams to implement C maintain privacy and security measures

- Providing guidance: Providing guidance and support to business units on incorporating IT cybersecurity and HIPAA compliance with business strategies.

- Liaisoning: Liaise with other organizations or government agencies ensuring that Doceree is current on all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Requirement: Experience, Skills s Education:

- Should have worked with organizations to develop and implement various industry security standards like HIPPA, SOC 2, ISO, VAPT, GDPR, Privacy standards etc.

- 8+ years of relevant experience.

- We prefer candidates with exposure of handling global team (US, UK)

- Effective communication skills
