Key Responsibilities: - Building an execution platform and database management system that can handle financial markets' data efficiently. - Working along with Strategists and back-testing various ideas and trading strategies targeting high risk-adjusted returns - Tackle operational challenges and take responsibility for a smooth functioning of our automated trading systems - Improving execution logic, analysing slippages and impact costs, and finding ways to improve PnL - Researching potential trading ideas and helping to devise new trading strategies Experience & Skills: - Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and ability to deploy these skills in a fast-paced environment. - Undergraduate or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. - Excellent programming skills in either Python or C/C++/C# and a good understanding of database management systems is a must. - Some experience with financial markets and/or database management systems is a plus.
