
Job Summary:
Spearhead the Loyalty Program, Referral Program, & Subscription based products to drive overall retention & engagement of DMI Finance App.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Loyalty Program Management:
- Take full responsibility for the loyalty program including accrual, redemption, & customer engagement
- Manage & oversee coin accrual rules, redemption flows, and reward catalogue upkeep.
- Manage & execute campaigns to increase loyalty participation, repeat engagement, and daily habit formation.
- Coordinate with vendors for reward fulfilment, catalogue expansion, and category performance.
- Track loyalty KPIs such as coin burn rate, redemption %, active users, and repeat earners.
2. Referral Program:
- Launch the first ever referral program for DMI Finance - ideate, conceptualize, execute, and deliver growth
- Manage day-to-day execution of the referral program including incentive logic, journey flows, and communication.
- Partner with Product & Tech to optimize referral conversion funnels and reduce friction.
- Monitor referral abuse/fraud patterns and strengthen system controls.
- Run in-app and communication-led campaigns to increase referral share rate and conversion.
- Track referral metrics including shares, installs, conversions, and CAC reduction.
3. Subscription & Monetization Products:
- Lead execution and growth of subscription-led offerings (standalone insurance, value-added packs, services, etc.).
- Analyze performance of subscription funnels and drive improvements in conversions and renewals.
- Coordinate with partners to manage product features, pricing updates, and campaign execution.
- Optimize placements, promotions, and user journeys to increase subscription uptake.
- Track revenue KPIs, partner contributions, and LTV from subscription cohorts.
4. Campaign Management:
- Manage & execute lifecycle campaigns for loyalty, referrals, and subscriptions.
- Build segmentation-led targeting for high-impact engagement.
- Conduct A/B tests for messages, incentives, and in-app placements to drive higher conversions.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Webengage, firebase, playstore or equivalent for performance tracking and insights.
- Generate actionable insights from user data to inform future growth and engagement strategies.
- Present detailed reports on KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize user journeys and conversion funnels
- Leverage data analytics for customer segmentation and personalized user experiences
- Creative comprehensive dashboards with the help of analytics team to measure all app growth, activation, and reactivation trends
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of post-MBA experience in a digital tech company working in digital growth, app marketing, or product growth role
- Must have experience of building and management loyalty & referral programs for a consumer tech company
- Must have knowledge of the following tools- WebEngage/ MoEngage/Clevertap, Adobe/Google Analytics, Google Playstore/Firebase etc., SQL, Tableau etc.
Work Experience:
- Strong experience in Growth Hacking, Customer Lifecycle Management & Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Knowledge of end-to-end campaign management on CDP tools like webengage & performance management
- Experience in running loyalty & referral programs along with its P&L management
- Ability to effectively communicate across stakeholders across functions and positions
- Strong Analytical Skills & business acumen
