DMI Finance - Senior Manager - Investor Relations - CA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Job Summary:

To act as the point of contact for the existing investors of the company. The individual would also support new fund-raising activities (debt and equity) to help the company grow.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Engage closely with the investors to address their queries and to facilitate a better understanding of the business.

- Supporting the treasury team on debt capital market transactions: NCDs, CPs etc.

- Working with credit rating agencies for the ratings exercise.

- Supporting the team in facilitating due diligence for capital raise.

- Preparation of all external collaterals for the investor community including Annual Report, Presentations etc.

- Co-ordinate with corporate communications team on external communications involving the investor community.

Qualifications

- Minimum Qualification required: Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance (Tier 1).

- Strong analytical capability

- Strong financial modeling skills

Work Experience

~5-7 years of work experience post MBA or qualification across Investor Relations/Fund Raising/Debt Capital Markets/M&A/Corporate Strategy/Corporate Development role.

Preference for candidates in a Financial Services organization or individuals in Investment Banking/Consulting covering Financial Services sector.

Experience working with new age businesses (especially FinTech) will be an added advantage.
