PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Accounting & Regulatory Reporting:

- Prepare monthly Financial Statements within stipulated timelines as per Ind AS while performing all the checks and analysis.

- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, including timely filing of regulatory returns.

- Review monthly closing entries, audit adjustments, and rectification entries to ensure accuracy of books.

- Quarterly Audit of Financial Statements and preparation of Audit Committee decks.

- Annual financial statement with disclosures to ensure compliance with Ind AS requirements.

- Consolidation of Subsidiaries, JV and Associate companies.

- Closely monitoring Balance Sheet controls accounts, reconciliations of Loans and Bank balances, action on old aged items into assets and liabilities.

- Closely working with cross functions on timely monthly closing.

2. Financial and MIS Preparation:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for senior management within stipulated timelines.

- Develop executive dashboards and performance scorecards.

- Conduct variance analysis between Budget and Actuals.

- Monitor budget adherence and recommend corrective actions.

- Automations of Financial Data reports.

- Preparation of MIS reporting at Product level and discussion with respective businesses.

3. Loan Portfolio Management:

- Compile and compute income for the borrower portfolio.

- Coordinate with the operations team for periodic data uploads and reconcile portfolio data between the Loan Management System (LMS) and books of account.

- Prepare and monitor reconciliations to prevent revenue leakages.

4. Audit Execution & Closure:

- Compile audit data and supporting working papers for statutory/internal audits.

- Draft Financial Statements in accordance with the prescribed reporting framework.

- Liaise with cross-functional teams to address audit queries and requirements.

5. Stakeholder & Regulatory Coordination:

- Prepare compliance data and coordinate with the Compliance team for monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reporting.

- Generate and share MIS and reports as required by internal and external stakeholders.
