Job Summary:
Drive successful implementation, optimization, and adoption of growth marketing and engagement technologies to enhance user experience, customer communication, retention, and app engagement.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Martech Integrations & Implementation:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of marketing automation tools (e.g., WebEngage, Appsflyer) and future engagement platforms.
- Ensure all integrations function as expected, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with tech teams for resolutions.
- Collaborate with external partners to adopt best practices and leverage full platform capabilities.
- Implement new initiatives in alignment with growth objectives and monitor their success.
2. Monitoring & Performance Tracking:
- Track integration performance and engagement campaigns at daily, weekly, and monthly intervals.
- Manage and report on all user funnels, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
- Identify gaps or anomalies in data capture, reporting, and automation workflows.
- Ensure timely reporting of KPIs and provide actionable insights to the growth and product teams.
3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with internal tech, product, and marketing teams to deliver projects with technical dependencies.
- Coordinate with external platform partners to address issues, optimize workflows, and implement new features.
- Act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation to ensure seamless execution.
4. Process Optimization & Knowledge Sharing:
- Document processes, best practices, and integration workflows for internal teams.
- Train and guide teams on the effective use of marketing technology platforms.
- Continuously explore new tools and features that can improve engagement and automation efficiency.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech along with MBA from Tier1/2 college
- Relevant certifications in Martech tools, CDPs, or marketing automation platforms are a plus.
- Must have knowledge of the following tools- WebEngage/ MoEngage/Clevertap, Adobe/Google Analytics, Google Playstore/Firebase etc., SQL, Tableau etc.
Work Experience:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in marketing technology, growth automation, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with tools like WebEngage, Appsflyer, CDPs, and engagement platforms.
- Proven experience in integration implementation, monitoring, and optimization.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with tech teams, external partners, and business stakeholders.
