DMI Finance - Manager - Growth - Loans

Job summary:

- Drive the growth and scale of Business Loans by optimizing funnels, executing new growth programs, and partnering with credit and product teams to achieve business disbursal targets.

Principal Accountability:

Business Loan/Consumption Loan- Growth & Program Execution

- Partner with MSME Credit & Product teams to accelerate BL scale and funnel efficiency.

- Execute new growth initiatives, e.g., Pre-Approved BL, proprietor-to-partnership expansion, and Self-Employed Professionals (Doctors/CA programs).

- Own business disbursal outcomes and continuously optimize programs to drive scale.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement initiatives successfully.

Communication & Campaign Management

- Execute campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and other channels to drive leads and engagement.

- Work with the Brand team to create effective creatives and content.

- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize messaging, targeting, and campaign performance.

- Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to improve funnel efficiency and CAC.

Journey Management & Conversion Optimization

- Analyze program funnels, identify pain points in the customer journey, and implement changes for improved outcomes.

- Work with call center and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of journeys.

- Manage communication workflows via WebEngage or other engagement tools.

Insights & Reporting

- Conduct surveys and consumer research to gather insights on customer behavior and preferences.

- Monitor daily/weekly performance metrics, report on disbursals, conversion, and program ROI.

- Deliver P&L accountability for assigned programs.

- Work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to deliver initiatives with technical or operational dependencies.

Qualifications & Work Experience

- 2-4 years of post-MBA experience in a digital tech company working in digital sales & growth, or app marketing, or product growth role

- Experience in fintech is a plus

- Must have knowledge of the following tools- WebEngage/ MoEngage/Clevertap, Adobe/Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau etc
