We need someone who can manage day-to-day execution, work closely with internal teams and agencies, and ensure the brand is built consistently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Brand Strategy & Governance :
- Own and strengthen the overall brand identity of Glimmer & its product lines across digital, print, internal, and external platforms.
- Act as the brand custodian and ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across the organisation.
- Lead the development, implementation, and regular review of brand guidelines, templates, and communication standards.
- Drive brand awareness, recall, reputation, and visibility across relevant channels.
- Ensure all brand assets, collaterals, campaigns, office branding, branch branding, and digital communication follow the approved brand language.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the brand remains modern, differentiated, and business-relevant.
2. Marketing & Campaign Management :
- Lead marketing initiatives for Glimmer & its product lines across customer, partner, digital, and business communication channels.
- Work with business and product teams to build campaigns that support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and product awareness.
- Oversee development of campaign ideas, communication plans, content, creatives, videos, and digital assets.
- Ensure all customer-facing marketing communication is clear, compliant, consistent, and aligned with the brand.
- Drive marketing support for product launches, business initiatives, customer programs, and lending campaigns.
- Track campaign output, improve effectiveness, and bring better structure to marketing execution.
3. Internal Communication :
- Lead internal communication strategy in partnership with HR and leadership teams.
- Manage communication for key employee initiatives, including town halls, newsletters, mailers, intranet updates, leadership messages, employee campaigns, off-sites, and culture-building initiatives.
- Support HR and leadership in creating communication around key organisational announcements and people initiatives.
4. External Communication & Public Relations :
- Work with the PR agency and leadership team to manage external communication, media visibility, and reputation-building initiatives.
- Oversee press releases, media notes, authored articles, leadership quotes, and other PR-related content.
- Ensure adherence to media policy and communication protocols across the organisation.
- Support leadership communication for external forums, industry events, announcements, and thought-leadership opportunities.
- Track media coverage and work towards improving positive brand visibility.
5. Customer Communication :
- Work with CRM, product, business, and compliance teams to build effective customer communication across channels such as SMS, WhatsApp, email, app, website, and other customer touchpoints.
- Ensure customer communication is clear, useful, compliant, and aligned with the brand tone.
- Build communication frameworks for customer education, product awareness, loyalty, reminders, campaigns, and service-led communication.
- Improve the quality and consistency of customer-facing content across journeys.
6. Digital & Social Media Communication :
- Lead digital and social media communication for Glimmer & it's product lines.
- Build content plans that improve brand visibility, engagement, awareness, and credibility.
- Oversee creation of digital campaigns, social media posts, videos, reels, thought-leadership content, and business-led communication.
- Work with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely execution and quality output across platforms.
- Use insights and performance data to improve digital communication and content effectiveness.
7. Events, Sponsorships & On-ground Branding :
- Lead brand presence for industry events, partner events, trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and business events.
- Oversee event branding, collaterals, booth design, presentations, films, merchandise, and other communication material.
- Ensure on-ground branding is impactful, consistent, and aligned with the overall brand identity.
- Support business teams with communication and branding for offline launches and engagement activities.
8. Agency, Vendor & Budget Management :
- Manage creative agencies, PR agencies, production partners, printers, event vendors, and other external partners.
- Ensure agencies and vendors deliver quality work within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Bring better process, structure, and accountability in agency management.
- Co-create and manage the brand, communication, and marketing budget along with the Function Head.
- Track spends, negotiate costs, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
9. Team Leadership & Development :
- Lead and mentor the Brand & Communication team.
- Allocate work, review output, and ensure timely delivery across projects.
- Groom team members for higher ownership, better execution, and professional growth.
- Build a culture of accountability, creativity, quality, and proactive thinking within the team.
- Act as a strong deputy to the Function Head and independently manage key workstreams.
