Job Responsibilities : - 1. Ensure all relevant incident/service request details received pertaining to infrastructure are allocated categorization and prioritization codes 2. Ensure resolution of L0/L1 level incidents/service requests like ID creation, password reset, payment checks etc. within agreed timescales 3. Implement cross functional operational processes and frameworks to ensure proper handling, escalations, and resolution of operational issues in IT applications, systems and servers 4. Monitor and perform corrective actions based on problem management methodology pertaining to IT Services, tools, systems and applications 5. Develop suitable workarounds for all problems and events triggered in the environment and conduct an in-depth root cause analysis to avert future occurrence 6. Ensure planning and execution of Configuration Management throughout the project lifecycle, including development, migration, deployment, and security. 7. Assist the GRC team to conduct audit and assurance activities as per requirement 8. Work with PMO to execute service delivery related projects in case of nomination as a project manager by Service Delivery Head 9. Escalate incidents/service requests that are L2 level and above to appropriate IT vertical 10. Ensure communication with users - keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages, etc. 11. Close all resolved incidents, requests and other calls 12. Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis 13. Manage the conduction of customer/user satisfaction call-backs/surveys as agreed 14. Manage the workload of support staff 15. Assist the GRC team to conduct audit and assurance activities as per requirement 16. Co-ordinate with the Configuration Management team and provide necessary information as required KEY SKILLS: 1. Hands on experience in an operations role in an IT department in a retail environment 2. Sound knowledge of best practices around service delivery 3. Ability to manage stakeholder relationships including team members, vendors and partners 4. ITSM/ITIL certification is preferred, CCNA/P 5. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to translate ideas into practical implementation 6. Excellent communication skills with ability to present and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audience 7. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and resolution of issues Education:1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science /Information Technology Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university desirable Job Location -Thane HO
