Deputy Manager / Manager Fund Accounting  With one of the leading Life Insurance Company  Location - Gurgoan   - Should have minimum 5 /6 years of experience (Incase of MBA Finance )  - Should have through knowledge & exposure in valuation of security & Fund accounting.   - The position requires usage of sophisticated software like Crisil Bond Valuer, Prowess, M-Fund (Preferable) etc & good knowledge of Excel including the Analytical tools’ is highly desirable.   - The position requires having excellent inter-personal skills as it requires active interaction with Actuaries, Front Office, Regional Office  Role Purpose (overall high level summary of the role)  - The core responsibility of the candidate will be verifying daily NAV’s of linked funds & valuation of traditional portfolio, MIS & regulatory compliance reporting. To support all the key projects with-in the function and interact with internal/external parties for day to day operations.   - Prior experience of calculating NAV (Insurance co. or Mutual Fund) is desirable. Understanding of M-Fund, CBV etc application will be of significant advantage. In addition, candidate should also have knowledge of settlement operations and also be competent back up as and when required in the team.   Principal Accountabilities:   - Key activities and decision making areas	  - Typical Targets and Measures  Impact on the Business / Function [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]  - Fund Accounting and NAV computation of ULIP Funds & valuation of traditional funds.   - Creation and maintenance of Masters in the MFund and CBV  - Compliance preparation and reporting 	  - To verify timely and accurate release of daily NAVs  - Verifying timely and accurate accounting and valuation of traditional funds  - To verify accurate master creation and periodic updates.  Customers / Stakeholders [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]  - To ensure timely release of Unit Linked fund NAV’s.  - Liaise with external service provider to ensure smooth and timely release of daily NAV’s.   - To ensure timely provision of data to auditors.   - Ensure timely and accurate release of daily NAV for upload in the PAS  - To liaise & support internal/external team members.   - Verifying timely provision of data/ documents to auditors  Leadership & Teamwork [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]  - Work along with the team for timely completion of team goals   - To guide and support other team members and colleagues  - Supporting team in achieving overall objectives.  - To support other team members as and when required.  If intrested can apply on komal.patel@upman.in or else call on 9099089893
