Deputy Manager Group Finance- CA ONLY-Financial Reporting/General Accounting  Manage various facets of the Group monthly, quarterly and annual reporting. This includes, but not limited to, brand / product profitability reporting, tracking of cost of initiatives, maintaining/preparing a group reporting calendar, preparing quarterly closing circulars.  - Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, SEBI listing requirements and Indian Companies Act  - Exposure to IFRS and active involvement with the IFRS project team.  - Manage various facets of quarterly and annual statutory audits/ limited reviews  - Capability to interpret GAAP compliance requirements and application of GAAP principles to the Group's requirements.  - Manage the audit process and issue resolution with auditors at the level of audit managers.  - Ensure maintenance of established controls, systems and processes over the Group financial accounting and reporting function  - Be a team member to develop a Group Accounting policy document  - Manage the Global Chart of Accounts from a functional viewpoint and manage harmonization of the Group financial accounting environment and practices  - Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and ensure the Accounting policies followed are up to date.  - Interpret and analyses the monthly, quarterly and annual business performance  - Prepare required information for quarterly analysis of business for presentation to the Board/ Analysts/Press  - Should develop and maintain the Group's financial accounting, management accounting and reporting agenda.  - Statutory consolidation for subsidiaries in IGAAP/ UK GAAP or any other GAAP as required.  Should be the accounting support for estimates, budgets and medium term plan. He would be responsible for all numbers as released to the planning team.  Desirable Candidate :  - Chartered accountant with good academic background.  - 3+ years preferably working in a big 4 firm or an Indian multinational.   Preferred age group 23 to 30 years  Should be extremely comfortable operating in an international environment as the role would have significant interaction with the international finance organization  - Overseas exposure is considered highly desirable  - Should be good in written and oral communication with good presentation skills.  - Would require good conceptual and analytical skills. Should also possess good numerical skills.  - Should be confident of interacting with the senior functionaries internally (eg Regional CFO, Group Controller etc) and externally (Audit managers etc)  - Should have good report writing skills and should be good at business communication  - Should be extremely good with power point and excel.
