Position Overview
This position will serve as a key professional support resource, managing high-level coordination, communication, and strategic assistance for the Office of the Chairman. This role requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, analytical capability, and the ability to work seamlessly across internal teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Coordination
- Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Chairman.
- Prepare briefs, talking points, presentations, and documentation for internal and external engagements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of action items emerging from leadership meetings.
Cross-Functional Liaison
- Serve as a point of coordination between the Chairman's office and various business units.
- Support communication flow, escalate key issues, and ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
- Assist in preparation and review of business reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
Strategic & Analytical Support
- Conduct research, gather market/industry intelligence, and prepare concise analytical summaries.
- Support evaluation of special projects, partnerships, and initiatives led by the Chairman.
- Track key metrics, project progress, and deliver high-quality insights for decision-making.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, partners, clients, and industry bodies as required.
- Represent the Chairman's office professionally in communication and interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times.
Documentation & Communication
- Draft letters, emails, policy notes, reports, and high-level correspondence.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and organized filing systems.
- Ensure clarity, professionalism, and consistency in all communication routed through the office.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: CA/MBA/BE/PGDM preferred.
Experience
- 3-7 years of experience in executive support, corporate strategy, business management, or a similar role.
- Experience working with CXOs, promoters, or senior leadership is highly preferred.
- Exposure to manufacturing, electronics, or large corporate environments is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to analyze data, prepare dashboards, and build high-quality presentations.
