Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation in the Mumbai region.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to expand the customer base and increase sales across various enterprise segments (small, medium, and large enterprises).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEMs and customers, ensuring deep understanding of products and their alignment with market needs.
- Work closely with product teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and customer satisfaction.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and trends to craft tailored solutions and services for clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring consistent growth and performance.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, guiding them to achieve targets and enhance overall sales performance.
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
- Regularly report to senior management on business performance, sales forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in business development and sales, ideally in the technology or IT solutions space.
- Proven ability to grow sales across a diverse range of businesses, from small enterprises to large corporations.
- Deep knowledge and strong connections with key OEMs and customer networks, specifically in the domains of Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, etc.
- Ability to understand technical products and their applications in customer environments
