Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the Client Delight and Growth (CDG) team, ensuring performance goal achievement. - Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team skills and drive results. - Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture in line with thecompany's values. - Oversee successful on-ground Community Engagement Platform (CEP) execution in the BLR region. - Implement strategies to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. - Analyze CEP data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including societies, residents, and partners. - Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and inquiries, addressing them promptly and effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CDG initiatives with company objectives. Requirements: - With atleast 3-5 years of operational expertise, consistently optimizing processes for exceptional results in team management. (Preferably from a saas background) - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations. - Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. - Possessing strong patience, empathy, problem-solving skills, and client handling abilities.
