Role : Divisional HR Manager - East | Leading Indian FMCG Company | Kolkata
A leading Indian FMCG organization is looking to hire a Divisional HR Manager to partner with its East business. This is a strategic HRBP role that will work closely with the Divisional Leadership Team to drive the people agenda across a large, geographically dispersed sales organization.
Location : Kolkata
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with the Divisional Leadership Team to align HR priorities with business objectives.
- Drive the end-to-end HR agenda for the East sales organization, including workforce planning, organization design, and capability building.
- Lead talent management initiatives including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and talent reviews.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, change management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Coach and influence business leaders on people-related decisions, leadership capability, and organizational development.
- Leverage people analytics and HR insights to improve productivity, retention, and overall business performance.
- Collaborate with HR COEs to ensure seamless execution of talent acquisition, learning, rewards, and HR operations initiatives.
Candidate Profile :
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a Tier 1 institute.
- 2023 or 2024 MBA batch only.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with large field sales teams and business leaders.
- Strong exposure to talent management, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and business partnering skills.
- Willingness to be based in Kolkata with travel across the East region as required.
