What You'll Be Doing:

As a Divisional Business Manager, you will be responsible for the overall sales performance and team management within your assigned division.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets and expand market share in the dermatology segment.

Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key dermatologists, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.

Stockist Management: Effectively manage relationships with stockists and distributors to ensure optimal product availability and supply chain efficiency.

Payment Collection: Oversee and ensure timely payment collection from all accounts within the division.

Financial Management and Reporting: Manage divisional budgets, analyze sales data, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all sales activities and team operations adhere strictly to pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and ethical guidelines.

What You Must Have:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum of 6 - 11 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical sales.

- At least 2-4 years in a managerial or leadership role within pharmaceutical sales, specifically in the dermatology segment.

Age Criteria: Maximum 35 years.

Skills:

- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.

- Strong product knowledge within the dermatology therapeutic area
