About the Role:
- We are hiring a Divisional Vice President - Operations to lead large-scale service delivery across multiple sites in India.
- This is a high-impact leadership role, second in line to the business head, responsible for operational excellence, team leadership, and strategic execution across delivery centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage operations across 3-5+ delivery center sites.
- Directly oversee VP-level leaders or site heads.
- Ensure end-to-end operational delivery, SLA compliance, and governance.
- Drive strategic business initiatives and operational maturity.
- Directly manage a minimum headcount of 5,000+ employees.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Currently in a VP/AVP role at a large MNC with delivery center operations, preferably in the BPO or shared services space.
- Strong experience in overall service delivery operations - not limited to transformation, process improvement, HR, sales, or collections.
- Proven background in contact center operations or global service delivery.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-site teams and complex operations.
- Not from captive/shared service-only backgrounds.
