The role will be instrumental in shaping a more equitable and inclusive workplace across all business units-from corporate to frontline operations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a D&I strategy aligned with business goals, with a focus on gender balance and disability inclusion. - Design and implement initiatives to enhance female representation and accessible hiring for PwDs. - Strengthen D&I-related policies including POSH, accessibility, and accommodations. - Lead capability-building programs such as unconscious bias training and inclusive leadership development. - Partner with NGOs, government bodies, and skilling organizations to diversify hiring pipelines. - Track diversity metrics and present progress reports to leadership. Qualifications: - 10+ years in HR or D&I roles, with 3-5 years leading diversity initiatives. - Deep understanding of gender and disability inclusion in the Indian context, preferably in retail or service sectors. - Experience in change management, policy development, and training. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with accessibility standards (digital and physical infrastructure).
