Specialist/Lead - Marketing


Description:


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, campaign effectiveness, and sales enablement.


This role involves working closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to manage CRM operations, support campaigns, develop marketing assets, and contribute to overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the marketing and sales funnel using Zoho CRM or equivalent platforms

- Ensure CRM data accuracy, hygiene, and proper documentation across all stages

- Support workflow automation and process optimization within CRM systems

- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across email, website, and digital channels

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and conversions

- Prepare campaign reports and insights to support data-driven marketing decisions

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives

- Create, update, and manage marketing and sales collateral including presentations, brochures, case studies, proposals, solution decks, and pitch materials

- Support content development efforts such as blogs, newsletters, emailers, and website updates

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials

- Document customer use cases, testimonials, and success stories for marketing and sales enablement

- Assist in managing social media calendars and supporting organic social media initiatives

- Support website content updates, SEO basics, and landing page coordination

- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support campaign planning and positioning

- Assist in event marketing activities such as webinars, virtual events, and industry forums

- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with business objectives

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or sales support

- Prior experience in EdTech or SaaS environments is preferred

- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM tools is essential

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation abilities

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
