Description
We are seeking a highly driven and self-sufficient Global Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our revenue growth initiatives across international markets. This role demands exceptional ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage the entire commercial funnel from prospecting and lead generation to enterprise pitching, negotiation, and closure.
The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to build a strong pipeline, communicate ExamOnlines value proposition, and consistently convert high-quality B2B leads into revenue. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a performance-oriented, fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
- Build and manage a full-funnel B2B pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound responses, and targeted market outreach.
- Identify, engage, and qualify decision-makers in education, recruitment, corporate learning, and global testing organizations.
- Develop personalized outreach cadences across email, LinkedIn, and digital channels.
End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Take complete responsibility for the sales cycle discovery calls, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue, conversion, and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries, track funnel metrics, and manage pipeline hygiene.
High-Impact Communication & Pitching
- Deliver compelling product presentations to C-level executives, Deans, CHROs, Directors, and global enterprise stakeholders.
- Translate technical capabilities (AI Proctoring, Secure Browser, CBT/IBT delivery) into clear business value and ROI.
- Prepare sales collateral, proposals, pitch decks, and solution walkthroughs aligned to client needs.
Marketing Alignment & Collaboration
- Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns that support lead generation goals.
- Provide inputs for content, case studies, testimonials, and marketing assets based on client interactions.
- Collaborate on international partnerships, events, webinars, and outreach initiatives targeting global markets.
Self-Sufficient Execution
- Operate autonomously; independently source, nurture, and close deals without relying on pre-existing lead lists.
- Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on performance metrics and market insights.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to refine positioning and sales narratives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Masters degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, EdTech, HRTech, or enterprise technology sales.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and achieving measurable revenue targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with executive-level presence.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred) and pipeline management.
- Ability to independently run demos, build outreach lists, and manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with global exposure.
