Distribution Manager - FMCG/FMCD/Healthcare

Description:

Job Summary:

- Lead day-to-day warehousing, logistics, and order fulfillment.

- Maintain accurate stock levels and place replenishment orders.

- Ensure timely deliveries, high service levels, and smooth last-mile execution.

- Use ERP/WMS tools (such as SAP, Tally, or similar) for inventory, billing, and reporting.

- Handle operational escalations and customer complaints with ownership.

- Manage and develop on-ground teams across multiple sites.

- Drive operational discipline, compliance, and daily KPIs.

Requirements:

- 48 years of experience in logistics, distribution, FMCG/FMCD, healthcare, or supply chain operations.

- Strong proficiency with ERP platforms, warehouse management tools, and digital dashboards.

- Good understanding of inventory control, basic finance, and technology-enabled operations.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel as required.
