Distribution Head - FMCG/FMCD/Hospitality

Job Description:

As the Head of Distribution Channel, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the companys distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a robust distribution strategy aligned with the companys growth objectives.

- Monitor distributor performance and address gaps to ensure delivery excellence.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors.

- Set sales targets and support distributors in achieving them through training and resources.

- Work closely with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

- Lead and mentor a team of distribution and logistics professionals.
