VZY is a fast-growing smart TV brand building immersive entertainment experiences for modern consumers. We're scaling aggressively across digital channels and marketplaces and looking for a seasoned leader to own our online revenue engine end-to-end.

VZY Smart TV seeks an experienced eCommerce leader to own online sales across D2C and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). The role involves full P&L responsibility, driving GMV growth, pricing strategy, and product launches. You will manage marketplace relationships, optimize PDP content, and lead performance marketing to achieve ROAS, CAC, and conversion targets. Key focus areas include merchandising, CRM, and improving customer experience. Strong expertise in analytics, negotiation, and marketplace operations is essential. Hands-on knowledge of tools like GA4, Amazon Advertising, and CRM platforms preferred. Candidates with proven success in scaling consumer electronics online will be prioritized.

Required Qualifications

- 9-10 years in eCommerce/online sales for consumer electronics/TVs.

- P&L ownership and scale-up experience across Amazon/Flipkart + D2C.

- Strong command of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV) and funnel optimization.

- Hands-on with marketplace tools.

- Managing pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies for electronics.

- Deep Excel/Google Sheets, BI dashboards; comfort with analytics and decision-making.

- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
