KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -GTM

- Enhancing Revenue, Acquisition in various segments through product marketing & Go to market strategy

- Generated incremental revenue as per targets

- Enhancing the VAS penetration base through promotional offers.

- Conceptualizing and deploying a scheme "Engage and Enroll"

- Collaboration with sales force across the country

- Understand consumer needs and acquire new customers by creating offerings that fulfill their needs

- New Product Design & Pricing, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Industry Analysis

- Package Mix - Package performance measurement and undertaking activities to achieve the right package mix

- Work with the agency to create and execute product communication

- Create and execute Go-To-Market Strategy to achieve key business goals

- End to end management encompassing new product design & pricing.

- Track competition and international scenario on daily basis to gain strategic advantage

- Keep internal stakeholders like management, Sales team, trade, Customer care updated with all product information through training sessions, regular updates, newsletters, mailers, presentations etc

- Package Mix - Package performance measurement and undertaking activities to achieve the right package mix

- Tactical communication development along with the brand team.

- Communication on new initiatives, offers, packages etc through various modes like training, mailers, SMS etc
