Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product & Category Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across our Direct-to-Home (DTH) offerings. This role is responsible for driving product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market (GTM) execution across diverse regional markets, ensuring alignment with consumer viewing behavior and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Product & Category Marketing:
- Design and execute marketing initiatives for DTH packs, including pack design, pricing strategy, and regional GTM plans.
- Develop compelling product positioning and offer constructs for new acquisitions and customer reactivations.
Go-To-Market Execution:
- Lead GTM strategies across India, tailoring propositions to local market dynamics and consumer insights.
- Create and manage launch playbooks, ensuring seamless execution across channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Technology teams to translate business objectives into actionable product plans.
- Align marketing strategies with operational feasibility and financial goals.
Enablement & Communication :
- Develop product narratives, dealer communication kits, and training materials to empower field teams.
- Ensure consistent messaging and clarity across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications & Skills :
- MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Business Management.
- 4-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Category Management, or GTM Strategy (preferably in DTH / D2C Brand).
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Proven ability to manage pricing strategies, pack design, and offer constructs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
