Role - DH - Digital Marketing (Growth & Performance)
Location - Noida
Why This Role Exists
To drive customer acquisition and reactivation at scale using digital channels, while working closely with sales, trade, and regional teams to convert demand into real subscribers
Who This Role Is For
A marketer who:
- Thinks in leads, orders, cost, and conversion, not vanity metrics
- Has worked in large-scale consumer businesses
- Can operate independently with clear accountability
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing Ownership
- Own Google Search, PMax, Display, YouTube, Meta
- Drive online buys, lead generation, missed-call leads
- Control budget, TCPA, CPL, CAC
- Scale what works; shut what doesnt
2. Campaign Planning & Structure
- Design structures & work with product & sales teams to align offers
3. Funnel & Conversion Thinking
Improve:
- Landing pages
- Lead quality
- Conversion from lead installation
- Understand where drop-offs happen and fix them
4. Data, Reporting & Decision Making
- Daily tracking of digital and business metric and weekly performance reviews
- Work with analytics teams to improve attribution
5. Sales & Trade Alignment
Coordinate with:
- Trade marketing, Regional sales & Call center / installation teams
- Ensure digital demand converts on ground
6. Vendor & Agency Management
- Manage media agencies, creative partners, tech vendors
- Demand outcomes, not reports
Key Deliverables:
- Predictable lead and online order engine
Experience in:
- Telecom / DTH / BFSI / Consumer Durables / FMCG
- Has worked with high daily budgets
